Apple has released its annual 12 Days of Gits app and this time around, it has included U.S. customers as well.
Apple launches the app around the holiday season every year. Through the app, it gives away free content from its digital stores for 12 days. This year the giveaways start from December 26 and last till January 6, people that use iOS devices can expect free video and music content as well as apps and books to be given away for free.
The company has offered free content through this app in Europe, Canada and a number of other countries through the years, but it never included the U.S. Things have changed this time around. The company’s customers in the U.S. can now also take advantage of the 12 Days of Gifts app, through which they too will be able to avail free content from Apple’s digital stores.*However, content availability might vary by region. The same content won’t be offered across all supported regions, Apple reminds customers that not all content is available in all countries.
The 12 Days of Gifts app is itself a free app, and is now available for download through the App Store.
