Microsoft is making the promotion live in countries like Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam. The service will be free from October 4 – October 6.
Users in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico will get to try out Xbox Live Gold for free during October 11 – October 14, while the promotion will go live in Japan on November 7 – November 10.
