The G Pro 2 might feature rear mounted buttons similar to those seen on the LG G2.
LG has confirmed that it would launch the G Pro 2 next month at the Mobile World Congress.
While it was reluctant to give out any details regarding the device, the latest leaked images indicate a design that is similar to that of the LG G2, with rear mounted power and volume buttons. While these buttons were easy to access on the 5.2-inch G2, the G Pro 2 is said to feature a much larger 6-inch full-HD screen.
In addition to the buttons at the back of the device, LG is said to bring features like Knock On and Qslide to the G Pro 2. The device is LG’s answer to the 5.7-inch Galaxy Note 3, but the lack of a higher resolution screen might hurt sales of the device, considering the fact that manufacturers are starting to include QHD screens on their high-end offerings this year.
Other hardware details of the G Pro 2 include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC, 3 GB RAM and LTE-Advanced connectivity.
