Ninja clean bot can stealthily scrub floors

The Clemon cleaning robot integrates routine cleaning and ninja stealth to clean your house.

Convenience is the very essence of cleaning robots. But if you think they may be too garish for your living room, we suggest something that could work a bit more discreetly, something like Moneual’s newest clean bot from its*Clemon series, the MR6850M.

On the surface, this new Clemon clean bot is your average, dedicated, cleaning robot. It scrubs and cleans floors, automatically plots its sweeping course, and flips directions when needed. Routine-wise, it’s no different than your average Roomba.

What makes the MR6850M quite unique is its special Shadow Mode option. Turning this mode on technically orders the Clemon bot to act like a stealthy ninja. It would only move to areas that are not well-lit, under the bed for example, or at the back of your sofa on a late afternoon. The option is actually designed to clean areas that are most likely to accumulate more dust and dirt over time. However, it also nicely makes the clean bot more unobtrusive, only showing up again after finishing its work in the shadows. Like a stealthy ninja that*carries out missions while remaining completely unseen.

Aside from its ninja mode option, MR6850M also boasts its “tri-function system”, which is basically just a simultaneous integration of its scrub, wipe and vacuum functions. In addition, while most mop attachments in cleaning robots are only about the size of a small slip of paper, this one boasts a whopping 460-square centimeter mop attachment. And like most cleaning robots nowadays, it also heads for the charger autonomously once it checks that it is low on juice.

The Clemon MR6850M cleaning robot is now available in Japan for about $600.00
