The camera utility is also sees an overhaul, and now comes with features that were seen on the Z1, like Social live and Timeshift burst mode. The device is targeted at the mid-tier segment, and will be available for around $300 in the second quarter of 2014.

Sony’s Xperia M successor, the Xperia M2, comes with a 4.8-inch qHD screen, a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU, 8 MP camera and a 2,300 mAh battery. The most interesting feature on the device, however, is the fact that it comes with LTE connectivity. The device features the same OmniBalance design as the Xperia Z2, but features a plastic finish. The 8 MP camera is a great addition to a device in this category, as is the LTE connectivity. The device has NFC one-touch connectivity that allows it to sync with wearable devices.
