The equally large but less expensive phablet counterpart of the Lumia 1520 will retail for S$459 starting tomorrow.
Announced alongside the Lumia 1520 last year, the Lumia 1320 is positioned as an entry-level Windows Phone phablet that offers the same 6-inch display experience but at a more affordable price point.
Under the hood, the Lumia 1320 packs a 6-inch 720p IPS display, a dual-core Snapdragon S4 SoC, 1GB of RAM, a 5MP rear shooter, 8GB of internal storage and a beefy 3,400 mAh battery. While the specification list does seem like a rather harsh step down from its high-end cousin, performance should be pretty decent given how Windows Phone 8 has traditionally been able to run smoothly on entry-level hardware.
The Lumia 1320 will be available from tomorrow, Jan 4, for S$459 from all Nokia Solution Partners. You can also get the phablet from all three mobile operators with their respective mobile plans. The Lumia 1320 comes in four colours – orange, yellow, white and black.
