Sony has unveiled its new PS Plus lineup for Europe, which includes a host of new games like DmC: Devil May Cry for PS3 owners and a new offering for the PS4,*Don’t Starve.
In a recent post on the European*PlayStation Blog, Sony sheds light on the upcoming PS Plus offerings across the PlayStation trio.
The new entrants include Capcom’s stylish beat-em-up prequel DmC: Devil May Cry, which joins the definitive shoot-and-loot RPG Borderlands 2 on PS3. Gamers will be able to download both of these games starting Dec. 24 as part of PS Plus’ Instant Game Collection.
Starting Jan. 8 PS4 owners will be able to download*Don’t Starve , the unique and dark survival-based indie from Klei Entertainment. This game somewhat bridges the gap for December’s marked absence of a PS Plus title for the platform, but with the PS3 getting high-profile retail games, it’s easy to feel a bit jealous.
Last but not least we have two new games for the PS Vita: the alluring fantasy game Soul Sacrifice from Sony’s own Japan Studio,*and the action-packed 2D fighter BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend.*These titles will be made available starting on Dec. 24 and will carry on until the next batch of freebies.
Below is a schedule for the upcoming PS Plus content, along with a list of what games will be nixed to make room for the newcomers. Also note that there might be discrepancies between the North American and European lineups, but Don’t Starve should be on both.
The following content is offered to*AE,*AU,*GB,*IE, &*NZ:
Leaving PS Plus:
Entering PS Plus:
Along with the new PS Plus titles, Sony reveals their seventh deal as part of their 12 Deals of Christmas promotion*that slashes prices on select best-selling games.
